Barney Millah belongs to the most well known german Reggae DJs and radio mods . He's looking back on more than 20 years lasting career . He was a pioneer in bringing Reggae and Dancehall to Berlin and later to the rest of Germany . He also ran one of Germany's first soundsystems called "CONCRETE JUNGLE" . On top of that Barney Millah is known as pioneer bringing Calypso and Soca into the german Dancehalls. He knows how to melt this energetic sound of the anglophonic Antilles with the vibrating riddims of Jamaica. Nowadays he enriches this caribbean mix with the modern styles of Urban Africa, such as Azonto, Coupé Decalé, Koduro a.o. Barney Millah played along many of the Reggae and Soca Greats , moderated between 1999 and 2001 Germany's first nationwide broadcasted Reggae radioshow on cable , had gigs in many countries in Europe and played in Jamaica , Trinidad & Tobago , Grenada, Gambia and New York.

Er war maßgeblich daran beteiligt Reggae und Dancehall nach Berlin und später in die ganze Republik zu bringen,und betrieb mit "CONCRETE JUNGLE" eines der ersten Soundsystems Deutschlands . Darüber hinaus ist Barney Millah als Pionier in Sachen Calypso und Soca bekannt . Diesen energetischen Sound der anglophonen Antillen versteht er auf seine einzigartige Weise mit den Riddims Jamaicas zu verschmelzen. Heute reichert er diesen karibischen Mix mit den modernen Sounds des urbanen Afrikas an, wie z.B. Azonto, Coupé Decalé, Koduro u.a. Er spielte mit vielen Größen der Reggae und Soca Szene zusammen , moderierte von 1999 bis 2001 die erste bundesweit im Kabel ausgestrahlte Reggae Radiosendung in Deutschland und kann neben Auftritten in mehren Ländern Europas auch auf Gigs in Jamaica , Trinidad & Tobago , Grenada, Gambia und New York zurückblicken.
