I fell in love with Harvest when it was a raw, new festival with a barn stage, one made out of hay stacks and a tiny pyramid. Mesmerized by its transformation year after year, my journey to the magical stage that is known as Crystal 6 at Midlothian Ridge in Ontario was well worth the wait. 

This was my favourite set at my favourite festival with my favourite people.

Barroness In Crystal 6 @ Harvest Festival Sept 2022

It's always an honour to play at this life-changing event, Harvest Festival. I still get goosebumps thinking about how wonderful it was.

This year I was blessed to share this stage (aka Wiggle 6) with my good friends and Wiggly fam who crushed it all night - Nuni, Luis F and Tyler Hill.

Barroness @ Harvest Festival 2023 / Crystal 6 Closing Set

This past 25th anniversary year was extra special in so many ways.

Walking up on stage with Cameo Oakes' beautiful, organic and whimsical wings she spent countless hours creating from feathers of the birds from Midlothian, individually washed, painted and placed meticulously into a spectacular work of art. 😇

Ending the set with one of mine (and many others') favourite songs/mantras of all time, and seeing how it translated to the dancefloor, with smiles and happy tears, made me grateful to be able to share the music I love, with a community I cherish.

Opening set for Kenny Glasgow in Toronto at Sunday Afternoon Social on January 12, 2020 at Loft 404.

I was able to share my musical story in the right atmosphere, alongside some of my favourite people while playing on the top-notch alienInFlux sound system. It was truly an unforgettable party. <3
