This is the December session of Circular Sound Radio. This month highlights some of my favorite tracks of the year, as well as a few original tracks, and remixes from myself, and my Mono Electric Orchestra imprint. This month also features my next release on CSR. A classic track from my alias Invisible Inc, Stars. It was originally released on Sumsonic records back in 2003. 10 years ago now. Wow how time flies when your having fun. It was a real turning point for me personally this track back then. It is long over due for a digital release. Circular Sound Radio Show Jan 15th 2013

This set, recorded during the Soulmade livestream on April 19th, embodies the driving and uplifting energy I’ve been channeling to keep myself feeling focused, grounded and supported during these uniquely challenging times. I wasn’t sure how it’d feel to DJ for a camera and my cats, but I had a blast -- and strange though it may sound, I truly felt the energy of everyone who tuned in. And of course my cats decided to get involved. They love to scamper across the decks in repeated attempts to get attention whenever I'm mixing at home. This livestream was of course no different, so they made a number of cameos ;) 

Every single one of us is navigating uncharted territory right now, and I imagine it’s a pretty safe bet to say we’ve all had our days with it. For me, music will forever be the language that best communicates connection, hope and freedom – these are the energies I seek to communicate to all who choose to listen.

Barry Jamieson has been part of the electronic music scene since the mid 80's. With over 22 years of work out there. He has spent the last 8 years working along side DJ Sasha and Charlie May, recording and mixing all of Sasha's work, including the ground breaking Involver and Involver 2 albums.  His most recent work has been remixes with Sasha of the Doves-Jetstream, Damion Lazarus-Spinning, Little Boots-Earthquake and a soon to be released Barry Jamieson remix of Hybrid-Can you hear me.

Barry is just finishing up a new solo album project he has been working on for the past several months. There will be some samples of what's to come shortly.
