So this mix is years overdue... As a DJ who started out playing strictly DnB I used to have a secret hate on for house music. House was always a dirty word in my vocabulary but over the years, especially during the pandemic I started to dig it more and more. My doctor said there was nothing wrong with me, it's perfectly normal to like house music.😅 I'm no aficionado but, for a while, I've wanted to put together a bunch of my favorite housey & garagey tunes. This summer I had the awesome opportunity to DJ a 30min funk meets hip hop set at the Fool's Leap stage at Boomtown Fair, an incredible immersive UK festival. It's taken me awhile, but I finally re-recorded the mix, and I'm quite proud of it.

The band who were on after me (Mischa and His Merry Men) had something like 11 members and it took them a while to setup, so I got to go a little past my 30minutes.
