With a very introspective minimal re touch by the uk legend Lee Renacle aka 100Hz, this release is a must have for any moment of your set, from warm ups, to pick times to afterparties (our favourite, of course!)

The classically trained pianist delivered a meticulous set of inspiring selections taking in myriad styles of electronic music.
This set was recorded live from Hï Ibiza on Saturday 5th August 2023.

Cult underground crew BAR Musica return with more gold, this time from label head Bartolomeo with two original tracks and a super remix by Romanian wizard Priku.

Italian Bartolomeo has studied classical music all his life and brings his love of jazz, blues and plenty more to the electronic world. He has released on key labels like Claque Musiqe and Crosstown Rebels but saves this one for his own imprint.

Opener Castellammare is silky and seductive, with slippery synths and stripped back, rubbery drum programming really making for a hypnotic vibe. It is perfect late night dancing material with bumpy grooves while Proprio Tu is an inviting sound world of modulated synths, hiccuping drum loops and freaky vocal sounds. The devil is in the detail of this one which is designed to seep into your brain and stay there. 

Closing things out is cult favourite Priku, who ups the ante with his corrugated drum lines and scattered synth effects on a fantastic remix of Castellammare. It's a heady track that oozes class.

From classical music prodigy to a global electronic music figure BARTOLOMEO
has spent a lifetime shaping soundscapes that transcend boundaries. His journey
began with 15 years of classical piano training, but even at the age of 9, he was
already absorbing Italo disco and Afro-inspired beats.
Growing up in Riccione during its golden years, he soaked in rare wisdom from
legendary maestros like Ricky Montanari, Cirillo, and Flavio Vecchi—an
education that would define his signature sound.
By 15, he was already behind the decks, mastering the art of the warm-up and
earning his stripes in the underground circuit. His breakout moment arrived in 2010
when, at just 20, he secured a residency at Cocoricò Riccione—a six-year tenure
that catapulted him onto international stages.
His production debut came in 2012 on Hot Creations, followed by founding BAR
Musica, a label dedicated to pushing the boundaries of electronic music through
exclusive vinyl releases. Over the years, the imprint has featured music from
visionaries like Arno (Einzelkind), Bruno Pronsato, Thomas Melchior, Tommy
Vicari, Shaun Reeves, Fred P, and Ricky Montanari, alongside rising talents like
Jesse Marcell and Carebears. Now celebrating a decade of BAR Musica, he’s
curating a special series of releases to mark the milestone.
Not one to be confined by a single project, he also runs BootyBart, a vinyl-only
imprint showcasing his personal bootlegs—highly sought-after reworks
championed by icons like Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano, Jonny Rock, Petre
Inspirescu, and Ryan Elliott.
A relentless digger and sonic explorer, his sets weave through house, techno, and
beyond, always keeping a deep, trippy undertone. He constructs musical journeys
that rise from the underground and ascend into euphoric heights.
His name has echoed through the halls of the world’s most revered clubs and
