Vegim & Flekitza - Shifting Operations EP [ Vinyl + Digital ] (TMMLTDV01)

Argentinian master Jonas Kopp joins Nørbak for the sophomore release on NRBK, Slower Than This One. The result is a propulsive journey through a fulminating reverberation chamber, embodying the principles of devastating sound design and processing both artists have become known for. Urgency, dense textural elements, and a relationship between imploding and exploding space dominate the EP, complemented by a reverb-rich architecture for dizzying and terse percussion. Interruptions by precipitate atmospherics appear out of the ether, calling the listener to action. The effect is a chaotic, high inertia journey heavy on tension and incendiary motifs.
