Essa música nasceu de uma conversa no whatsapp entre Manoel e a Gaia, em um momento delicado onde Manoel sem muitas forças pra continuar sua jornada por estar passando por momentos complexos dentro do videogame holográfico da vida teve como retorno essas palavras que se apresentam na música de forma sublime e direta. 
Amarasté então decidiu agregar tais palavras na música "Recomeçar", pois, assim como Manoel e Gaia, muita gente passa ou já passou por momentos em que já pensou em desistir dessa experiência humanoide.

A força para continuar vivo é inerente à expansão da consciência que somos.
