This is a 15 minute guided walking meditation, which I recorded as I led a group of people around Billabong Retreat -  it is a mindfulness walking meditation. It begins straight away assuming you have found a spot where you are going to walk and the beginning by centering yourself before you take your first steps. Things to note when doing a walking meditation;  walk much more slower than normal, like you have just woken up on a lazy Sunday morning. The attitude you are trying to cultivate is nowhere to get to, nothing to get, simply refining your attention to the present moment. Keep slowing down and returning to using your senses to come back into simply being present in the activity of walking.

Day 13 Meditation - Labelling thought Meditation. This meditation is another one of my classics you could say, it’s a practice that can help in letting go of thoughts as well as letting go of our love affair with thoughts. In the audio I explain the process in a bit more detail as well as take you through what you can do at the end with the thoughts you have written down. The process actually reveals a lot when examined.

Day 14 Meditation: Bringing Joy back into your day. When we feel not so great, a bit down, slumpish ( I made that one up 😊 and you want to feel better, a meditation practice can help. In todays meditation I guide you to first acknowledge how you feel, not just push it away, but let it be heard and even enquire a bit to where it comes from, from there we bring to mind 3 things that we are grateful for and really allow ourselves the time to feel it, to feel it as if we are receiving them for the very first time. By the end I’m sure your mood would have been shifted and you can carry on your day with more joy in love in your heart. Enjoy

Day 15 Meditation - Chakra healing guided meditation. This is a complete guided practice which helps to open and heal the 7 sacred areas relating to the 7 chakras. It's a practice I lead on my meditation nights Billabong Retreat, and find helpful in healing areas of ourselves that we might not have been consciously aware that were blocked. It's a 15 min practice lying on your back, great meditation to do at the end of your day.

Day 16 Meditation- Presence And Being With What Is

Day 17 Meditation - Om Namah Shivaya. Todays meditation is a mantra meditation. Meaning of this mantra can be broken up into the 3 words: Om- Before there was a universe, there was a vibrationless void of pure existence. Out of this void came the vibration which started the universe, which is known as Om. Namah- This literally translate to bow. Shivaya- Shiva; but more than that, it means the inner self. When understood fully (and according to Shaivism), it means “I bow to the inner Self”.

Day 18 Meditation - End of the Day Meditation - Letting Go Of Things From The Day. This is a meditation to do at the end of the day, when you have come home or want to transition from your day to an evening of rest and rejuvenating yourself. The interesting thing is sometimes this isn't so easy to do, sometimes when you sit down to meditate you realise there are things still being processed by your mind, and it's not that easy to now simply relax. So in this meditation, I help you to put the things that keep circling or are lingering in your mind into perspective. I also offer a mantra that we practice in the meditation as well as throughout your night if to help let go of the day.

Day 18 Meditation - End of the Day Meditation - Letting Go Of Things From The Day

Day 19 Being The Knowing - the Observing. Today's meditation is similar to when we practice being awareness, or practice being the observer. Another pointer is; Being the knowing. The knowing of you experiencing this, the knowing that is behind everything, and connecting to that. This has been inspired from a talk given by Jackson Peterson on Dzogchen.

Day 20 Meditation- Visualisation - Soothing Beach Walk. This is a short visualisation that takes you to a favourite place of mine - the beach. Most people find visualising the beach helps them to feel rested and refreshed. So try even now, imagine the beach, take yourself there, with all your senses, and feel that connection to mother earth. Or for more guidence check out todays meditation on sound cloud.

Day 21 Meditation- A Mindful Cup Of Tea. Before I became a yoga teacher I was a tea meditator. What does that mean? I used to run tea ceremonies, tea meditation classes and basically meditation with tea. This came about because; a) I was very passionate about tea, and b) very passionate about meditation, and c) thought the two could transform our busy lives. A mindful cup of tea in essence is a mindfulness practice, one that slows down the process of drinking a cup of tea so you become present and out of your head and into this moment. The beauty of it - we do it all the time, so next time you are having a cup of tea - slow it down, bring awareness to all your senses and enjoy a mindful cup of tea. Day 22 Meditation- Feeling Lonely? How To Feel Connected And not Separated. This meditation is to help whenever you are feeling lonely or disconnected. It's a way of seeing that helps shift out of the thought I am alone, and into feeling a part of the oneness we are.
