Minor Forms has been crafting and releasing a string of quality tracks over the last couple of years, steadily refining his writing and production skills each step of the way. And this hard work is immediately evident on each release, every track feeling like a level up and forward from the next. 

He’s now back to link up with the CIA stable once again, this time coming correct with Part 1 of his brand new ‘Night Trails’ series. Writing late at night to try get that dank and immersive feel, the tracks that have been selected are meant strictly for the rig and the club; dance floor music to shake the stacks and those that are there to chase that vibe. The burgeoning producer is also using the advent of the series as an outlet for him to show his wide-ranging taste in Drum & Bass and his ability to turn his hand to a whole range of styles. 

‘Night Trails’ Part 1 sees the lethal combination of ‘Watch This’ and ‘Snooker’, two tracks that immediately invoke visions of all the best elements of Rollers, Techstep, Neuro and Dancefloor wizardry, neatly packaged up with a 2022 aesthetic, ready to shake the stacks and the floors.

The French maestro that is War is back on CIA, and as per usual, there’s no messing around. He always means business when he’s pumping out beats, and this new single is no different. Since relocating out of Bristol there haven’t been so many releases from the young producer, but when there have, they always ooze quality and depth and detail - strengths that he’s developed and continues to hone to the next level. ‘To Shape The Fire’ and ‘Justice’ scream precision, laser guided weapons for the floor. But they also bring a technicality and depth that few can shoe-horn into tracks that also have enough weight to test even the biggest and best systems. Drop these ones at the dance floors peril.

Haven't uploaded in a long while! I've been super busy with real life stuff (Nobody cares or is reading this), but I'm starting to get back into music production/posting. This song is the fourth song in an FNF mod that will likely never exist, where BF faces off against a shapeshifting demon who's been hired to kill and effectively replace him. "Shifter" is a character of my own making, and he uses his abilities to mimic Boyfriend's voice for the sake of these songs. I've gone heavy on the pitch shifting for his voice to make it sound less natural, showcasing the idea of him slightly distorting himself either for the sake of intimidation or out of straining himself. The voice lines are all done by yours truly!

This is the instrumental, which is absolutely FIRE. If this is the first thing you're hearing from my Shifter work, please check out the rest of the songs I've made! Please please please please please

Also, the off-key piano is because this file likes to repitch a lot of my samples that I've time edited, when I open the project up, so I'll go through and replace this file with a proper one soon.
