Rockford native Matt "Bass Mason" Cloyd has been in and around the EDM scene for 10+ years and mixing for 7 years and counting. Bass Mason has been a key piece in rebuilding and reviving EDM culture for the Rockford area and continues to fight to bring glory to his hometown by helping to organize, promote and DJ shows in the Rockford Illinois area. 
With a vast knowledge of music within all genres, Bass Mason is able to construct unique and versatile performances behind the decks by giving people a multi genre performance that builds into a memorable experience. House, Techno, Drum & Bass, Trap, Dubstep, etc...you name it, Bass Mason can play it! Finding beauty in all things BASS, he set out to generate his own style by seeking out the best in Bass Heavy music and fine tuning his playlist. Like bricks for a building each track, sound and effect, is delicately picked, placed and sculpted with each piece building off the previous...the end product???
