Recorded at Bok studio by Michael Townsend. 
The first part is an idea for a swing tune I wanted to make but we were on a strict time limit so I just got the essence of it down. After that is my attempt at covering an Erykah Badu skit from her album BADUIZM released in 2007. (I got the words a bit wrong as I hadn't heard the song for a while..) I was just curious to see what I sounded like on a recording as I don't have much experience with a microphone.

I've been producing a little while and I'm just getting by with a little help from my friends at the moment. 

 I've been playing piano and keyboard from age 6-16 then had a break to focus on studying fashion. Nowadays I generally just make up melodies, mainly using just the black keys, as I like the oriental feel I can get from them.

 I've been enjoying listening to what other people are doing, going out and having a good dance, But all the while I've had ideas for my own music bubbling away on the back burner. 

 I have quite a broad spectrum of influences, as I grew up listening (&dancing) to Reggae / Dub / Ska / Motown / Irish /Folk / Late 80's / 90's  Pop / & then onto 

HipHop / R&B / Garage / Drum&Bass / Jungle / Ragga / Dancehall / Indie / Punk / Electro / Bassline / Wonky / Grimey / UK Funky / Friendly Jams with Sheffield Producers!

As with my Fashion Designs I have too many ideas and sometimes don't know where to begin, which can mean it takes me a while to get a track done as it inevitably flies off at tangents and becomes something else midway through.

There are some rough old tracks up here, but it's kind of sentimental stuff you know.
