Hailing from Wednesbury, Walsall, and raised in the suburbs of Tipton, meet Alfie L, the man with a groove in his soul and a passion for music that knows no bounds.

Alfie's journey into the world of DJing began at the age of 17 when he first laid his hands on a pair of Stanton T60's, courtesy of his buddy Mitchy P. He was instantly hooked, especially on the art of beatmatching. To fuel his newfound obsession, Alfie took a daring leap, snagging a £1000 overdraft from his bank to purchase a pair of Pioneer CDJ MK2s. It was a gamble that paid off.

Together with his DJ partner Mitch, Alfie ventured into the scene, hitting up local pirate radio stations and cozy venues. His music style? It's a blend of vocal melodies, pianos, and soulful organs, with the occasional warper thrown in for good measure. Growing up, Alfie was heavily influenced by the hard house scene, but a friend named Steve T opened his ears to the enchanting realms of house and speedy garage beats.

Alfie's got his sights set on bigger stages and more finished productions. He's been getting a boost from the experienced Paul Lawrence of Hybrid Theory, and Alfie's own productions have come a long way since.

When he's not lost in the world of speed garage and house, Alfie indulges in some guilty pleasures. Motown melodies and the legendary Michael Jackson are his go-to jams when he needs a break from the beats. And speaking of beats, Alfie's all-time favorite speed garage track is "Lovestation – Teardrops (Lovestation Club Mix)," a tune that frequently graces his sets.
