Black Rose's thirteen EP comes from emerging talent Dario Gismondi, and is truly a melodic masterpiece. He provided four great originals and we're sure they'll hit you on first listen.

The first track is the title track of the EP and is called “Atlantis”.
it is a journey that begins with an hypnotic arp and a solid bass line, and then continue with ethereal breaks that precede explosions of enerygies and melodies.

Second one is “Kraken” and carries a darker mood. This track combines heavy kick and techno drums with strong and very well designed synths and all works towards one impressive moment, where it all bursts apart.

The next song is “Oblio” and represents the perfect balance of the style of this EP, bright melodies and decisive rhythms take you on a mystical and pleasant journey.

The final track of this collection is “Shadows In The Dark” a real gem. It starts with a progressive intro and then comes the main synth witch is a rare example of original sound design.
This piece of music gives an impactful ending to the “Atlantis” EP.

In his remix, the Leipzig-based producer kept the original's essentials, lowered the bpm a bit, and added his magical and powerful touch to give it an extremely pleasurable deep perspective. Coming up next is Amir Telem's collab with the Zürich-based producer, Don Son - 'Feel Like Myself'. A peak time trip that oozes groovy, obscure, and intoxicating melodies that collide with warm and fabulous vocals and synth riffs, forming a masterfully crafted peak time weapon. Next, we have the pleasure to welcome Ran Salman to our label. The Tel Aviv-based producer is serving us an extremely pleasurable instrumental remix for the EP theme track, with its rounded baseline, deep melancholic synth riffs, and a pinch of acidic sounds, which create a fascinating clubby adventure. Last but not least we are happy to welcome to Mau House the Istanbul-based producer Stefan Addo, which is closing the EP with his remix for Amir Telem and Don Son's Feel Like Myself'. In his interpretation, Stefan Addo is exhibiting a cinematic perspective for the EP theme track, with his punchy baseline, dreamy Xylophone sounds, warm dramatic synth riffs fused with fresh and misty electronic sounds.

Morttagua brings one of his biggest dance floor weapons of the season in “The Invisibles”.

Is it possible that some alien species are here with us in in planet earth, living by our side and influencing our thoughts and actions, but we can’t see them?  Are they from other dimensions, other galaxies or simply a product of our imagination? 

Morttagua inspired himself in the stories of such alien species to produce a peak hour progressive house track that mixes hypnotic pluck melodies, phantasmagoric vocals, 4d mix down ambience and powerful bass lines.  “The Invisibles” is a very unique track that has a lot of classic underground prog elements in its soul, but at the same time, brings to the table a very catchy infectious groove that you just can’t stop dancing to it.

 “The Invisibles” seem to be timeless, and are here to stay!!

Release Info: 
Sound Avenue's second offering of 2019 finds the label showcasing new interpretations of 'Shadow People' by Madloch and Subnode. Originally released in October of last year as part of the duo's 'Second Sight' EP, it marked the beginning of a creative partnership between the Belgian artists. Sound Avenue now calls upon Charles Webster and Nordfold and Budakid to reinterpret the track for the new year.

The second and final interpretation of 'Shadow People' is provided by Nordfold and Budakid who also make their label debut. Hailing from the Netherlands (although Budakid now resides in Berlin) the Dutch duo have been occasional studio partners since making their collaborative debut in June of 2017. Both owning impressive solo discography's, collectively the pair have showcased their music on All Day I Dream, Atlant, Last Night On Earth, Lost Diaries and Lost and Found, with joint releases coming on the equally impressive Einmusika, Stil Vor Talent and Sudbeat Music. Now presenting their first collaborative effort of 2019, Nordfold and Budakid round the release out with a fresh take on 'Shadow People'. On a backbone of buoyant beats and neatly tailored percussion comes retro grooves and solemn atmospheres. Fluid, bouncy and tastefully nostalgic, it's a piece that moves through a variety of reflective motifs. Initiating the main break are wispy overlays, descending over the framework as a hazy harmonic resonance saturates your senses, before the groove resets for a celestial finale. A stunning interpretation from Nordfold and Budakid who's studio synergy seems to grow with each successive outing. It caps off a well rounded remix edition for 'Shadow People' which is sure to find its way into a broad range of DJ sets over the coming months.
