The French lo-fi pop duo, Quentin Elmi and Valentine Morell, presents La Perdrix Malicieuse, from their upcoming EP. After the success of Prise 1 last year, the rising social media star teams up with a member of indie-pop band BLOW for a track in the vein of Joshua aime les myrtilles. With a groovy bassline, chilled kicks, and jazzy trumpet notes, La Perdrix Malicieuse blends mellow melodies and poetic vibes, creating a dreamy and sophisticated atmosphere.

“Progress” is a soulful, jazz-inspired hip-hop single that marks a dynamic collaboration between Bronx MC vsteeze and producers Misha and Monma. Recorded in New York City, the track marries vsteeze’s smooth, conversational lyricism with warm keys, soulful jazz samples, and a gritty groove. Paying homage to golden-era hip-hop icons like A Tribe Called Quest and Digable Planets, “Progress” delivers a timeless anthem of growth and resilience, seamlessly bridging nostalgia with modernity.

Coco Elane (they/she) & Lucid Liebe (she/her) share their new joint single 
‘Wander With Me’, blending queer, spaced-out R&B with elements of jazz and a touch of kitsch. Lucy aka Lucid Liebe, a Berlin-based multi-instrumentalist, producer and member of jazz trio Bokoya, crafted evocative, dynamic arrangements around Coco’s haunting vocals and viola recordings. Together, they create genre-fluid, soul-ful soundscapes that feel raw, intimate, and transformative. 

“For me, this song is about the desire for emotional connection and uncertainty, that comes with it,” Coco shares. “It's also a question, whether it is all just a dream. It re-flects a mix of hope, vulnerability and uncertainty in love.” 

Their EP ‘Wander With Me’ drops Thursday March 27th.
Bern-based artist Coco Elane has put out a joint EP with Leipzig producer upper class and released various singles for urbanundergrounds and Hutzpah Records. Her debut album is set to come out in late 2025.
Lucy Liebe has released three albums with Bokoya for MPM and a solo project titled Looong Epeee. As part of douniah’s live band, she has performed extensively across Germany and the UK.
