"Looney Tools" is an ep that take his roots from two tracks that were never going to come out. Croix Rouge and LSMD are really close friend of us, and we really wanted to take the opportunity to release their tune, as it was a shame that those track were still unreleased after all this year.
Siu Mata and Amor Satyr, decide to build two other track in the same mood, so we could have a nice 4 track EP for you guys.

The result is a fast BPM EP, with some cartoon/moovie samples mixed with Juke and Drum & Bass rythm.
We're really happy with it, as it shift a little bit the direction of the label from our previous release.

SANKT continues the new Crux singles series with its eyes and heart firmly on (imaginary) dancefloors. “Crux II: Angles Morts” serves up bending and twitching breakbeat contortions, glitchy abstractions and desolate atmospherics. Wiry subterranean clunks announce 'Angles Morts' by Sankt, the second part of our ongoing Crux singles series. Bending and twitching, these throbs manifest as shapeshifting jungle contortions, sometimes cheeky, but mostly less so. Demented choral phrases underline the wobble and bluster, before a desolate pad motif is woven into its fabric, giving the push and pull a more sullen tone. 

On the singles more explorative B-side, Thousand Yard Stare, ambient roil and spalls of turmoil take turns. Here, scuttling and filtered drums dance around frosty dub-techno atmospherics, only to erratically and like a force of nature break into bursts of breakbeat recoil. Towards the end, both sides collapse into each other, and as the hissing seams fall apart, only ambience remains. Follow the Buy link to pre-order on bandcamp, Out October 14th!

Two key artists from the global club music underworld, Air Max ‘97 and AYA (formally known as LOFT) join forces as A2A.

Following landmark releases for both in the last year (AYA’s ‘and departt from mono games’ EP on Tri Angle and Air Max’s ‘Ice Bridge’ on Timedance), A2A¹ finds both artists bringing their — ahem — A game across three tracks, welding together rapid breakbeats, amorphous synthwork and the kind of virtuoso production chops (not to mention in one memorable case, crowd noise) that both artists have made their trademark.

A2A - Turf

Merph is a DJ, radio host & producer, and holds a PhD in Human-Agent Collaboration. Mantissa is a music producer and software developer. The Eora-based duo bonded over a shared love of music, technology, and science, finally making the decision to deep dive into production together in 2019. Whip is their debut release.

Whip was originally released in 2020 on the @lobster-theremin ‘LOBSTER PLUR Volume 1' compilation. PLUR (Peace. Love. Respect. Unity.) stands to encourage positive values and action in a time of great challenges and struggles. 100% of profits made from PLUR Vol 1, 2 & 3 will go towards UK mental health charity Mind @mindcharity, UK homeless charity Shelter @sheltercharity, plus an independent fund for a number of contributing artists to help give back to the music industry and wider community during these uncertain and strange times.

Whip was later re-released in 2021 on the second Lobster Theremin x Globex Corp compilation alongside jungle heavyweights Dwarde & Tim Reaper, DJ Sports, and Richard Harrow.
