Francisco Corredor aka. CRRDR is a multidisciplinary artist based in Colombia. Looking forward to creating avant-garde sounds, keeps creating and innovating on his sounds to develop new musical expressions to cautivate new listeners to the cyberpunk aesthetics of sound.
I've been creating music 5 years ago, but CRRDR as a project started in 2019, my main inspiration is trying to converge and make people dance with my artistic expression.

About the EP:
This Ep is fully loaded with neo clubbing sounds, deconstructing some reggaeton classics and other songs to create these dancing pieces. This release is composed of 11 songs made to break the dancefloor.

Coming through the buzzing scene in South Florida, Nick León cut his teeth as a producer working with local talent and some of the region’s biggest rap artists including Denzel Curry and Robb Bank$. It was these collaborations that helped bring his name to a global audience and giving him the confidence and platform to explore his own sound. In 2016, Nick released his well-received debut album Profecía and has since gone on to release for Mexican label NAAFI, Space Tapes Miami and most recently Dengue Dengue Dengue’s newly launched imprint kebrada. Nick also collaborated with fellow Miami producers INVT for a brilliant collaborative album PASEO which they started at the beginning of the pandemic.

Featuring 8 different artists from Mexico to Lithuania, Peru, Portugal, Florida, UK and Belgium, ‘Maloca Vol. 1’ outlines the worldly focus of Le Motel’s new label. 

Launching Maloca Records earlier this year, the label’s ethos is to build bridges interlinking disparate yet like-minded musicians dedicated to blending organic electronic and acoustic elements. The global network of makers highlighted on Maloca Vol.1, the label’s first compilation, confabs a terrestrial and borderless percussive sound that has been bubbling in clubs and Le Motel’s orbit. 

Opening the compilation is esteemed Peruvian duo Dengue Dengue Dengue followed by Lithuania's DJ JM who has previously released on the likes of Nervous Horizon and Goon Club Allstars, Miami artist and NAAFI affiliate Nick León and Lisbon’s DJ N.K. On the second half of the compilation, there are contributions from the label founder himself, Mexico’s Omaar, UK’s Coen and mysterious artist Tsongo. 

Maloca Records has put out three vinyl releases to date from Oakland’s Farsight, Beijing’s Howie Lee and Le Motel. The label is quickly building a reputation for releasing brilliant forward-thinking club records whilst capturing specific international sounds.

For the past few years Argentinian collective and netlabel AGVA has been at the forefront of spreading club sounds from the Latin American underground and they are about to take it to an even higher level with the release of 'ARENA 02', an absolutely massive compilation containing over 30 previously unreleased tracks from the scene's greatest names and most exciting rising stars - including Dengue Dengue Dengue, Catnapp, Lao, Bungalovv, EL PLVYBXY, CHLO, Defensa, Orieta Chrem, JLZ and many more. Among them is Jaijiu, Buenos Aires' hidden gem who already caught our attention in the past with his work under hi, humanity moniker. Now he delivers a beautiful percussion-driven song called 'Los Hijos De Juan Saavedra' which will serve as an opening track on the forthcoming album.

En el tema 'Los Hijos de Juan Saavedra' le rindo homenaje justamente a los hijos de Juan Saavedra, Jesus y Nazareno Saavedra. Son de los mejores percusionistas que tiene Santiago del Estero. En este tema utilice sus lenguajes rítmicos para guiar el track y añadí una presentación de ellos en vivo en donde se escuchan sus bombos legüeros y su formas de tocar.
