A familiar face across both Hottrax and Hot Creations, Italian DJ/producer Paul C steps back into the fold this summer with a sharp two-track release that taps into his roots while staying focused on the energy of modern dancefloors. Marking his third appearance on Hottrax and second solo EP for the label, ‘I’m Ready You Ready’ brings together rolling rhythms and classic influences with a modern, high-impact edge.

“I’m proud to return with a new release on Hottrax, part of the Jamie Jones universe I've had the pleasure of being involved with over the years. This EP features two tracks with a similar style but different vibes. The first track, ‘I’m Ready You Ready’, is a tribute to the '90s house sound that made me fall in love with clubbing, but with a more energetic and modern groove. The second, ‘In The Back’, also draws from that old school vibe, but explores a more club-oriented side of it. I'm really happy with the energy these two tracks carry, and I hope they’ll transmit the same feeling to you as they did to me in the studio.” - Paul C.

Known for his groove-heavy sound, Paul C’s studio work has appeared on a host of influential imprints, extending beyond his releases via Jones’ labels to imprints such as Elrow, Moon Harbour, and Knee Deep In Sound. Birmingham’s Fleur Shore joins Jamie Jones’ Hot Creations imprint for the very first time with ‘Bret (Heads Down)’, a dynamic two-track EP that further cements her reputation as one of electronic music’s standout rising voices. Tipped early as one of the scene’s brightest talents, and having established herself as a BBC Radio 1 favourite thanks to a standout Essential Mix and her own BBC R1 Residency, Fleur’s arrival on Hot Creations feels like a natural next step, building on her acclaimed 2024 debut on sister label Paradise and regular appearances at the brand’s globally-renowned events. 

A nod to the iconic Amsterdam venue BRET, the title track ‘Bret (Heads Down)’ is a heads-down, groove-forward roller engineered for big moments. Crisp drums and subtle bass movements carry the track through a trippy, late-hours atmosphere, focusing on stripped-back tension and dancefloor hypnosis. On the B-side, ‘You Don’t Understand’ keeps the energy simmering with an all-action blend of vibrant vocal samples, heavy-hitting percussion and woozy old-school organ stabs, balancing attitude with atmosphere in Fleur’s unmistakable UK-influenced style. 

The release lands as Fleur continues her ascent through the global house circuit, following high-profile releases on labels like Cecille, Edible, and her own Undergrowth imprint, plus a non-stop touring that’s seen her recently land at Kappa Futur to Jones’ own Paradise In The City in London. With ‘Bret (Heads Down)’, Fleur Shore adds her own chapter to the Hot Creations story, bringing her distinctively deep and slinky sound to one of dance music’s most influential labels.

BatistA, né le 1er avril 1991 à Nouméa en Nouvelle-Calédonie, est depuis son plus jeune âge fasciné par la musique.
Dès son adolescence sa passion pour le mix se révèle.

Lors de sa majorité, BatistA s'installe en France, plus précisément au Pays-Basque à Bayonne.

Il achète ses premières platines et tables de mixage, puis commence une longue période d’apprentissage.
Il fait ses débuts à l'âge de 20 ans, lors de soirées Tech House dans des discothèques et bars du Pays-Basque Français et Espagnol.

En 2014, BatistA évolue et intègre l'Ecole "SAE Institute" à Paris, pour faire la formation "Electronic Music Producer".

Début 2015, alors âgé de 24 ans, diplômé, il revient à Bayonne et commence à monter son Home Studio.

BatistA se perfectionne avec les années dans un style Techno / Tech House et poste régulièrement ses podcasts et tracks sur Soundcloud
