It's not the life he was hoping for, he's never felt so alone.

And he's building a wall now, of insecurities, he's not the sweet kid that he used to be, he doesn't care anymore.
And he's taking it all now, it helps him with his poetry, spending his days in a woken sleep, he paints his words on the floor.

When it feels likes, there's no meaning, he takes a second to remind himself that he's still got you.

There's nothing left that he owns, 
His pockets are empty, he used to think he'd be wealthy now, but he couldn't have known. 
That'd he'd taken it all, now,
He needs it more than food to eat, he needs it every night so he can sleep, he makes his bed on the floor.

And it seems like he's trying not to lose his mind, now, it feels like he's dying, he just needs a sign in here.
