Locomotion is about DJ artistry, the creative process & storytelling with music. Every month, I invite someone for an all-night b2b DJ set and we go on a journey of spiritual grooves & futuristic rides, making you move like crazy.

The long set time allows us to play long tracks, not shying away from those 8-12min tracks, moving through emotions & genres like there are no boundaries.

1 Thing (DJibouti Dub)

After contributing to Diynamic’s „Four To The Floor“ series, Brazilian artist Malive returns with his first full EP on the label. Each track features different collaborators and showcases his versatility.
Title track „Reduto“ featuring Malaysian-Austrian singer Billy Otto opens up very melancholically; it’s almost like floating a few inches above a foggy lake and tapping the reflective surface in the rhythm of the piano.
„The Entry“ together with Simo Not Simon picks up the pace and shows some attitude - a Carribean vocal, bouncy bass and choppy percussive element get you in the mood to prance.
„Sophisticated“, which Malive made together with Coppola and 2Strange feels very mellow and might be best described as Brazilian Jazzatronica.
And closing off the „Reduto“ EP is „Back 2DB“, again with Simo Not Simon - an enigmatic and slightly somber Indie Dance tune with a hopeful twist.

Brazilian duo Marsellie (consisting of producer Julio Torres and vocalist/producer SARRIA) bring a three tracker EP to Diynamic titled „Ghost“.
Opening track is „Body to Body“, a collaboration with Coppola that perfectly suits a Californian Saturday sunset - mellow House grooves and infectious vocal bits to slowly encroaching dusk.
„I’m In Love With A Girl From The 80s“ is as cinematic as the title promises - an emotional Indie Dance journey with some plot twists, cliff hangers and lots of texture.
And closing off is title track „Ghost“ is a slightly darker and more mysterious affair, with SARRIA’s hurt-laden voice fighting its battle while a melancholic soundscape rushes underneath it like a river.

Bauhouse, a Brazilian Dj/Producer from São Paulo, specializes in house music and it's variations, infused with his unique blend of funk, disco, rock, jazz, 80's pop, and more. He has also opened a record label called @cloverclubrecords with his parter @seemo2029, dedicated to promoting house artists in Brazil. 

With support from Dj's like Mochakk, Maz, and Malive, both locally and internationally, Bauhouse has gained recognition. 

He recently dropped "Tracey Channel" via @nervous-records and "I Can Finally Know" through his label.
