Vorige week zondag 30 juli op Rewound Radio zond JAM-boss Jon Wolfert 4 versies uit van alle 15 cuts uit het pakket Hitradio. Dit ter gelegenheid van 40 jaar Hitradio, een formaat dat daarna eigenlijk nooit meer is weg gegaan. Last Sunday, July 30, 2023, JAM boss Jon Wolfert broadcast 4 versions of each of the 15 cuts from the Hitradio package on Rewound Radio. In this special way he celebrated 40 years of Hitradio, a format that has never really left. If you listened to the long-running Steve Wright In The Afternoon, you'd hear Steve's pre-built 'sequences' being played out every single day. 

You know the ones I mean... the Up To News jingles at 15:00 and 16:00, the 15:03 Non Stop Oldies openers, even the Main Intro with the drum roll and the cheering fx and the Starfield closer. 

We've all heard these themes on their own, but for nostalgia's sake, here they are 'as broadcast' - yes... that means they're all EQed to Steve's liking "come on! little less bass, little more top, give me a mono down & keep the level up!!" 

P.S. AJ has already published the original versions of these themes, where you can actually hear the dynamics!! xD
