I like this jingle as well as Georgey.. She left the late show on the 16th April 2014 after four and a half years and is moving to BBC Radio York to present the Breakfast Show from the middle of May 2014..

Joanne Good who presents "The Late Show with Joanne Good" Sunday to Thursday from 10pm-2am on BBC London 94.9 was scheduled to finish at 2am as usual. Nikki Bedi usually starts her show after the news around 2:05am, but Nikki was sitting in for Gaby Roslin on Wednesday 7th September 2011, on the Breakfast show on the same station.

 'Allegedly' Caroline Feraday was scheduled to sit in for Nikki. At 2am there was no sign of Caroline! If you want to know what happened listen to this clip.........

The male presenter is former lunchtime, now breakfast presenter Jonathan Lampon and the female presenter is his successor Sally Pepper who was covering the slot for six months while Rupal Rajani (the official successor) was on the BBC Asian Network covering the 10am till 12:30pm from March until September 2012.

BBC Radio Leicester's Mcasso Jingles (2010 - 2014)

This is a jingle from BBC WM with Simon Lederman. He sat in for Adrian Goldberg for a few days before the end of 2012 and New Years Day 2013. Simon Lederman has been on BBC London 94.9 for over 10 years. He presents the Late Show, Mon-Thurs and Saturday Breakfast with Jo and Simon. Simon used to be the Managing Editor for BBC WM a few years ago and just  over one and a half, the Breakfast Presenter with Lorna on BBC Three Counties for a while.

N.B. -- This jingle is used in the Eastern Counties for travel jingle.

BBC WM decided to call Monday 6th May 2013, Mayday Madness... All daytime presenters switched slots... In this case Caroline Martin who hosts the lunchtime slot (12-2pm) moved to Breakfast (6-9am) for one day!

Tracey used to read out letters on air on Coral Chapman's show. One day someone from jail wrote in and the presenter at that time, Coral, invited anyone in prison to drop us a line.

Slowly folks started to write in and I used to read out their letters on air - that part of the show become known as "Tracey’s lockdown letters".

Then an inmate from HMP Brockhill suggested we call it "Tracey’s Jailmail". Jailmail went from strength to strength. In 2001, Keith Beech, the editor of WM, decided that Jailmail could be a show in it's own right – giving it a one hour slot on a Friday night at midnight.

As of 7th July 2006 “Jailmail” was extended to a 2 hour show.

Tracey;s passion musically is reggae and that is the basis of my show. She is also passionate about the problems faced by the silent victims of crime - namely the children of prisoners.

You can join Tracey every Friday straight after the midnight headlines for "Tracey’s Jailmail" - a letter based programme for inmates and their families.
