An eerily soothing mix for a half hour yoga session.


This project is for all those looking for something relaxing to stretch to that reaches beyond much of the "meditation" and "relaxation" music of today.

Most effective for stretching and yoga when played at a lower volume.

Higher volumes yield different results.

I put this album at 23 minutes because I don't personally find much point in stretching beyond that period of time.

Many of the Yoga classes that I've attended end up playing only about 25 minutes worth of music, since the intro poses and the Shavasana ("Dead Man's Pose") are usually done with no music.

Yoga Teachers might try putting this on 10 minutes into their class, at a relatively low volume.
