This all original piece was created & composed for the Senior players of the Covington High School baseball team during their historic playoff run of the 2013 season. Take No Prisoners feat Lazy J (2013 CHS Baseball Tribute)

This song was written as part of a mourning process whenever my older brother committed suicide back in 2007.  It's like a letter to him in a way.  I spliced up audio clips from a family video of whenever Chris was in a 28 day program to create the message he gives in the end.  Yes, i was able to use my late brother's voice in a song to tell me "Goodbye".  It makes me cry every time I listen to it, but like the song says, "it'll be thru me the world hears u".   My friend Abby reluctantly sang the hook for me.  I am very thankful that she did.  Her vocal dynamics add power to the piece. If you listen to the lyrics closely, a true story is told from the perspective of the little brother survivor.   I was in school at the time getting a biology bachelor's degree with a concentration in pre-med.  It was his death, that made me decide that I did not want to be a doctor.  I never did.  I want to be a rokstar.  But because I was so deep in college at the time, I decided to stick it out and get the degree just as a badge of honor because the next step of my plan was to go to california and study sound engineering, which is exactly what i did.  I love you Chris

03 Live On Thru Me (unreleased "Echo" 2008)

While attending Sound Master in Los Angeles in 2009, one of my homework assignments was to create a radio edit of a song of your choice.  Instead of simply just muting out curse words like some of the lazier kids, I chose to take a Metallica song that was originally over 7 min, and cut the song length in half, but still keep the integrity of a Metallica song.  Metallica is one of the first bands that ever grabbed my soul.  I actually mixed up the verses too so that it is almost a completely new Metallica song.  I got an A+ ;)
