Zorza is a Canadian DJ and producer known for her high-energy sets that fuse trance, techno, and hard dance with touches of hyperpop. Her productions mix nostalgic basslines with catchy pop melodies, shaping a sound that’s both emotional and instantly recognisable.

BCCO Mix Series 697: ZORZA

Alicea brings bouncy rhythms, dubby grooves and energetic selections full of surprises. Her sound moves fluidly between house, hypnotic techno and dub techno, always with a focus on groove and drive. With a precise and versatile style, she crafts sets that keep dancefloors moving.

Based in Germany, she’s performed at Tresor Berlin and clubs and festivals across the country, as well as internationally in the USA, Mexico and Tunisia. In Munich, she’s a resident at Club Rote Sonne and runs her own label, TELUR Records.

This mix reveals a softer side of her sound, blending house and techno with female vocals, emotional depth and dubby textures. It’s a warm and reflective set, shaped by tracks that moved her deeply this year – a nod to the feeling of summer, and the light it brings to darker times.

Berlin-born DJ and producer A.N.I. began her musical journey through classical piano before studying Audio Engineering, where she discovered her passion for fast, high-energy sounds. Her sets blend Hardtechno, Hardtrance and rhythmic influences from across genres, delivered with precision and drive. With a reputation for energising dance floors across Berlin, she brings intensity and joy in equal measure — each set a workout in rhythm and release.

Ireland's very own Yasmin Gardezi has been blazing her own trail for some time now. Her relentless approach to pushing the boundaries both in the booth and in the studio is what’s setting her apart.

Yasmin’s unforgiving approach to techno see’s jarring percussion, smouldering soundscapes and trance licked synths come from all angles with a large influence from 90s techno. The Irish export creates a unique style of set that takes listeners on a journey through her broad catalogue of new and old music with psy influences throughout igniting feelings of grit and euphoria on the dance floor. 

An ever-present name on some of the biggest shows in Ireland and abroad – District X, Emerge Festival and Electric Picnic, Yasmin has earned herself an incredible array of club shows at home and has been making a mark across every corner of Europe, Australia and North America.
