BIIA is a Portugal based artist, who tells stories through techno, sometimes markedly energetic, sometimes harsh and mental with abstract compositions, conquering the dance floors with her techno selection and charismatic energy. She found electronic music when she visited her cousin's music store at the age of 14, driven by an emotional curiosity that is now so mirrored in her creative process. It's the way she discovered to pass on feelings and build relationships, involving us in a spiral from which we don't want to break free from. These are energetic and hard-hitting stories, told from techno and its approaches.

It’s a very special week for us here at BCCO as we handover the keys to Soundcloud to our friends at HE.SHE.THEY. in celebration of and support of Trans Awareness Week. They have curated an amazing line up of trans and non-binary artists to share their music with us. 

Transgender Awareness Week is a week when transgender people and their allies take action to bring attention to the trans community by educating the public about who transgender people are, sharing stories and experiences, and advancing advocacy around issues of prejudice, discrimination, and violence that affect the transgender community.
