that's right, it's a cover up. Neither sleeve nor title are original. Original sleeve has a girl and a huge lizard illustration on the front. Nice Newjack Jazz Dance theme with a nice dub and sick sleeve illustration. Seems to have been a local Dig It stunt, as this was released in small numbers for the jazz festival in Umbria in 1992. 

Few marks, but plays without any problem and the sleeve still has great shine.

What a gem this one and took me years to source a spare. The rest is in the same style. "Raindrops" and "Should Be Dancing" are other highlights on this mega rare French session, probably with some sort of involvement by JP Massiera and his studio singers...
