I was asked by an amazingly rad lady and old aquiantance to record this for her friend's wedding. Needless to say I love Tiny Tim, I love the Ukulele. I was in.

This is the first song my Dad ever taught me. I was probably 2 or 3 and I was obsessed. I had a hard to staying in the key when we'd go to the chorus, so my Dad would start playing to whatever key I ran off to. I played all the instruments/vocals. I wouldn't be able to do with that if it hadn't been for my Dad.

Recorded this little track for my Mom for Mother's Day. She used to sing this to my sister. And while she probably sang me something wild like "Mercedes Benz", I think it still counts because after all, my sister came first and gave my mom her first Mother's Day. You're beautiful and wild and crazy and formidable and dark and light and a serious force to be reckoned with and that's why I love you most of all I think. Happy Mother's Day Momma! Hey guys. Here's a snip it of the new album! I didn't want you to think I was simply pulling your leg... It's a track called Radio Wire. I wrote it in Maryland on my parents back porch. Tons of black birds had just fallen from the sky in the United States. I was adjusting to being off the road and turning 27. I also remember how mesmerized I was by the telephone poles in Arizona. I think this is the product of all of that...

It's one of the folkier tracks. With acoustic guitar. I hope you like it!
