After three years, our Various Artists' series Symbiotic Interaction finally continues with its 3rd iteration. What started as a prologue in 2018, created by Corpus founders Arma and Kan, has grown into a full-fledged showcase of the label's versatile sound and eclectic roster of artists. Eight tracks by eight musicians that take you on a relentless journey. Sometimes vicious, sometimes moody, sometimes strange—but always Corpus.

Asymmetric label boss Inigo Kennedy returns to his label with the 'Yellow Leaf' EP. 

The EP opens with 'Yellow Leaf' itself and its signature melody and emotion that is familiar across much of Kennedy's work. Driving, hypnotic, floor killer 'Gridiron' follows before 'Strange Attractor' delivers a more ominous tone and dramatic posture. 'Sideswipe' oozes pure machine funk primed for the dark and finally the magical shards and yearning strings of 'Fragmentine' appear to round out the journey.

The title track 'Yellow Leaf' began life in 2010 but finally finds its home and a fitting release. Patrick Walker (Forward Strategy Group) took to a demo version of the track all those years ago and delivered an unofficial rework which itself also finally sees the light of day as the 'Isodyne Truth Revealed Mix' - an exclusive bonus track that will be available via Bandcamp as part of the full release.

Lee Holman is back on Knotweed with a record created like a movie score that would fit perfectly for a John Carpenter movie. Techno yet acid, Minimalistic yet tribal, ambient yet sci-fi, Lee's machines circuitry were used in heavy quantity to develop this piece of music. 

Starting with 'Advanced Technology', Lee takes us to a trip in space. His spaceship is ready to go towards unknown territory. It takes off from Earth towards a far away planet. Maybe Mars, Saturn or even further in another solar system. Menacing synths accompany the heavy drums, helping us navigating into space. The trip is intense, meeting many fields of gamma rays, but thanks to its advanced technology, the ship lands to its destination. 

Having landed on what feels like a friendly planet at first, the crew is in awe with what they find and start its exploration, full of hope. ‘Terraforming', with its ambient-like lush intriguing synths drives us through a new environment. We are not sure what we have found, but for now it seems we came in contact with a peaceful world. That is until the track comes to its end, when nerve wrecking repetitive bleeps warning us on what is to come. 

'Cybernetic Revolt'. Something has gone terribly wrong. How long have we been there? Long enough for something to go awry. Maybe the discovery of unfriendly extraterrestrial life, no-one knows. Decisions need to be made, A repetitive drumbeat gathers the troops. Earth needs to be warned. Navigating through fields of meteorites, heavy acid driven synth lines indicate that we are leaving this newly discovered world we have so much hope in. The tension grows and grows. We are at war with unknown entities. 

'The Warp'. It's up to the listener to decide what really happened. Did the spaceship make it back to Earth? Did the crew survive? Where are we now? Many questions are left unanswered. The atmosphere developed in this piece of music seems to indicate a positive outcome, but you do not really know. The crew is hiding something, they want to survive hence keep a secret from their fellow earthlings that might prove devastating. The more the track develops, the darker it gets.

Being a founding member of Sonntagsinstitut collective and having played at venues like ://about blank, Arena Club, Rummels Bucht and Mensch Meier, he is a familiar face in the Berlin scene. We are therefore all the more happy to have Black Mirror Park on board with the phenomenal EP titled »Golden Groove« which will be out 4th of march.

Mister Willis is an english dj. During his 12 years spent in Manchester enjoying nightlife and club culture from a young age, the city was a fantastic place by having some of the best parties, records shop, music institution in the Uk and being surrounded by many djs/producers that made him develop his hobby to a passion and started playing locally. Now based in Berlin for 3 years he is the resident of Rave Atlas parties held in Suicide Circus and occasionally have a takeover at Hoer Berlin a few times a year. Over lockdown he started ‘Gardens’ with budding DJ Sparkling Water Dreams, a platform to showcase their music, that maybe don’t always get opportunities to do so. 
However Black owls is happy to have him onboard by offering us the second part of this series of podcasts.
