I had the idea to record a mix with some of my older favourite hard trance tunes that reminded me of the old Frantic days when I started clubbing and djing in London, then I threw in some  bootlegs, then it turned into adding some hard house tunes with trance vocals/riffs, then some hard house with pop vocals crept in, then a donkier tune somehow slipped in, then I just let it become a random melodic ride with old and new merging! 

Been a private mix for over a year which a few of my friends have enjoyed, I was never planning to make it live, but it's inspired by Frantic and got some absolute bangers on it... so decided ahead of my set B2B with Dawn Lee, for Frantic presents Positive State @ XOYO in Birmingham Sept 2024 to let it out into the wild! This is the mix I recreated following my set at the Stompin' Hard House event in Birmingham, 13.4.24.

This is an unusual one, and the first time I've tried Live, doing a constantly changing BPM to give some of the bursts of speed I'm known for, but also remembering I had another DJ following me, so I ended on 156bpm to hand over to him. There are frequent journeys into the 170 realm I love so much and known for, so people still got a taste of what I do, but I could hand things over to the next DJ at a respectable speed 🤣🤣. I think it worked well, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did when I played it Live.
