So langsam neigt sich unser Inselabenteuer dem Ende entgegen. Die Ereignisse vor Ort scheinen den Protagonisten zu täuschen und seinen Verstand zu vernebeln. Ist er nach der langen Zeit der Einsamkeit überhaupt noch gesellschaftsfähig? Wie würde er auf andere Menschen reagieren. Würde seine dunkle Seite überhand nehmen?  Erfahrt es in der neuen Episode! Musikalisch begleitet wird das schwanken zwischen Realität und Wahnsinn von Roumex. Die beiden haben gerade ihre „Katharsis“ EP auf Kittball veröffentlicht und passen mit ihren düsteren und mysteriösen Sound zur angespannten Lage auf der Insel und im Verstand des Hauptdarstellers.

Ich bin hier heruntergestiegen. Am Rande des Dschungels stehe ich, gut vor ihren Blicken verborgen. Zwei Zweige schiebe ich zur Seite, damit ich sie besser sehen kann. Planschen und kichern, das machen sie. Nackt sind sie vor einigen Minuten ins Wasser meines Ozeans gehüpft. Gerade hat sie seinen Kopf unter Wasser gedrückt. Er hat wie im Theater, ganz und gar übertrieben, nach Luft geschnappt. Er ruft sie mit dem Namen Linea. Seine Stimme ist fest und fröhlich. Hallt von den Felsen wieder. Das Schiff, eigentlich nur eine kleinere Yacht, schaukelt sanft vor sich hin, im ruhigen Wasser der Bucht. Vor Erregung zieht sich mein Körper zusammen. Kleine Ameisen laufen meine Glieder hinauf. 
Sie liegen im Sand. Sie liegen in der Mittagssonne an meinem Strand und halten sich an den Händen. Erschöpft von ihrem verliebten Spiel im erfrischenden Wasser. Leise höre ich ihre Stimmen. Ein Sturm tobt in mir. Wenn ich nun nach oben ginge und mich im Wald versteckte, sie würden mich niemals entdecken. Sie würden wieder fort von hier fahren. Irgendwohin in ihr Glück hinein. Und später ihr Unglück. Sie würden die Insel in einer verschwommen anmutigen Erinnerung behalten. Ohne zu wissen, was sich auf ihr verborgen hätte. Ohne zu wissen, dass ich mich darauf verborgen hätte, hinter wedelnden Zweigen. Hinter düsterem Geflecht. Ohne zu wissen, dass sie dem Unheil so nahe gekommen waren, bis ich meine Warnung ausspräche. Ich würde in einer kleinen Weile den Körperchen entgegenschreiten und stolz meinen Kopf hoch erheben. Als Vertreter der Menschen würde ich ihnen entgegentreten. Immer wieder drehte ich Humboldts Worte in meinem Kopf hin und her, die mich von jeher in ihren Bann gezogen haben und die für mich nun zu einer wahrhaftigen Berufung geworden sind: 

„Der größte Mensch ist daher der, welcher den Begriff der Menschheit in der höchsten Stärke und in der größten Ausdehnung darstellt; und einen Menschen zu beurteilen heißt nichts andres, als fragen: welchen Inhalt er der Form der Menschheit zu geben gewusst hat. Welchen Begriff man sich von der Menschheit überhaupt zu bilden hätte, wenn er das einzige Muster wäre, aus welchem man denselben abnehmen könne.“ 

Doch ist dem Wahnsinnigen sein Wahnsinn gegenwärtig? Bin ich mir sicher, dass es so ist? Bin ich mir sicher, dass ich nach den langen, einsamen Monaten auf meiner Insel meinem Verstand trauen kann?

Peer Kusiv is a music producer from the North of Germany. At a young age, he developed a keen interest for various music genre. Ranging from classical music, jazz and pop to thumping 90s Euro techno – these diverse influences significantly shaped young Peer’s artistic development. From the age of 12, Peer experimented with producing music and soon realised he found his lifelong passion. He developed his unique style early: Composing own melodies and playing most instruments himself, Peer Kusiv blends different samples and music genres into his distinctive soundscapes. In 2012, Peer managed to blur the lines between genres with his debut album “Natur und Techno“ and set the bar high for others to follow. His use of somber synthesizers in combination with composed tunes on classical instruments is beautifully balanced and present in all 12 tracks.The last years, Peer concentrated on several EP´s and remixes on Labels like Kittball, Einmusika or Parquet-Recordings. Peer’s unique style has earned him much respect in the music industry and his live sets have been celebrated at festivals and shows in numerous renowned clubs around the globe. Latest he released his „Oblivion EP“ on Embassy One and new stuff is already in the pipeline. Peer Kusiv will play a deep melodic and energetic liveset for you in the Cavalli Booking Radio Show. Biography

10 years of dancing he decided he to start cutting music for his dance crew. And that is how it all began…from Daft Punk to Kraftwerk, Pascal explored all kinds of electronic music styles, in which he has the possibility to express himself with tracks like „How Never“ or „Swaggin“.

During the first two years, in which he established Beatamines, he created a large amount of tracks. By 2009, his first EP’s were published. In 2010, he performed his first national gigs. A first milestone was reached in the year 2011, when the first Album “in Motion” was published on Damm Records (2 * 12” Vinyl & Digital). The Album was repressed 3 times and reached #2 best album in Raveline Jahrespoll. Now even the biggest Labels had heard of Beatamines and his amazing talent : Keno Records, Stil Vor Talent, Katermukke, Moonbootique, and Lauter Unfug,… In 2013 Pascal had the honour of reinterpreting “The Planets” together with the Dortmund Philharmonics and Gustav Holst. He also wowed the crowds at the Fusion Festival, playing it twice in 2013 and 2016. Pascal next Big Strike was his 2nd Longplayer “Echoes” it was released on Einmusik’s own imprint Einmusika Recordings.

In 2016 Pascal started as A&R for the label Lauter Unfug which brought him directly to Luxembourg’s club, Studio 21, where he has now his own Residency with the `rememberthevibe` parties. In the past few months Pascal has been playing regularly at clubs such as Watergate, Kater Blau and Ritter Butzke Berlin. In 2018 he is celebrating a decade of his Project Beatamines.

Beatamines doesn’t just like to play with the same old CDJ’s when playing live, but also incorporates hybrid sets, with drum machines and synthesizers on stage. Pascal packs the groove of summer love into his music, underlined with fat baselines, pregnant claps and chunky melodies. If you get the chance to catch him live you really are in for a spectacle.

When Pascal is not gigging, he is hard at work mixing and mastering for Artists all around the globe, and on occasion; cutting hair for fellow DJ’s and friends!

Whether it’s deep or impellent, weirdly enchanted or crystal clear – Beatamines and Lauter Unfug don’t tie themselves down but still know where the journey should go: Onwards, escaping daily routines, straight ahead into this insanely liberating feeling, where the beat means everything and the thought of the
