This garden can’t bloom when I’m with you.

STREET GARDEN is about the sea sick feeling after you break up with someone. When a relationship becomes so wilted that you just have to put it down, but you spend weeks if not months second guessing your decision, fantasizing about if you could have salvaged the good times if you ‘tried harder’. 

Of all the tracks from HALF BLOOD, this one means the most to me because it literally helped me grieve one of the most tumultuous times of my life. Finally releasing this one to the world feels surreal; I can only hope it means as much to someone else as it did to me at my darkest points last year.

"We play a lot of 100 BPM in our sets as we are very highly influenced by the dons, Koan Sound. We played a set one night and the transition from 100 BPM to 174 was always a task. We had the idea to create a banger with a tempo change in the middle. So that when we play some glitch hop bangers, we can easily transition back to DNB. This idea then stemmed the creation of Redshift. We had a lot of fun making this track and we are stoked to release with Kinphonics. Big ups!"

I worked for about six months on this EP. During this time, each of the tracks has undergone a lot of changes and transformations before it reached the state when it can deliver the exact idea I wanted to put into the music. The second part of the "Freedom of expression" is dedicated to the Time and its hypostasis. I've tried to fill each track with variety of emotions, colors and feelings that flow from one to another, giving the music its own life, energy and constant motion.

This EP is for those who do not simply want to listen to music, but want to see a picture painted by the music. If you're just that listener - close your eyes and enjoy.

Над этим EP я работал около полугода. За это время все треки претерпели кучу изменений и преобразований до того, как достигли именно того звучания и передавали именно ту идею, которою я хотел вложить в музыку. Вторая часть "Свободы самовыражения" посвящена времени и его ипостасям. Я постарался наполнить каждый трек разнообразными эмоциями, красками и чувствами, которые перетекают из одного состояния в другое, придавая музыке жизни, энергии и постоянного движения.

Этот EP для тех людей, которые не просто хотят слушать музыку, а желают увидеть перед собой картины, нарисованные музыкой. Если ты именно такой слушатель - закрой глаза и наслаждайся.
