Three years later and this song still slaps

The track you are about to listen to has a melancholy melody while the drops hit you harder than ever. The dynamic between the verses and drops will definitely catch any ear. Also the singer on this track that you hear is me. You don’t really hear producers or dubstep producers in fact, singing on their tracks a lot. This song holds a pretty dear place to my heart as I wrote it about a hard time I went through. Going through this hard time I struggled getting through, but my saving grace was my girlfriend who I found was “My fortress when I am weak”. Going through it all I fought and fought, and now I am strong now. This song definitely isn’t just pretty melodies and hard drops, it has my story throughout it, telling people how just because everything seems pretty to the surface, doesn’t always mean everything is okay on this inside.

I actually started this song a couple years ago when I briefly experimented with ghost producing. When I made this first drop and toyed with the idea of selling it I realized it was way too cool to part with. So that pretty much ended my ghost producing expedition.

This song has actually had six or seven different drops, most of which I've tried live over the last year. By the end I was stuck on the first drop and had the idea to drag and drop that old ghost producing idea. Little bit of stitching and we had a track! Lemme know what you think below.
