Denis Horvat's star is rising. The young, Danish producer has maintained an exceptionally high-quality on all his releases since debuting in 2011, bringing him to the attention of Tale Of Us and Afterlife. Following three memorable sets at Afterlife Ibiza this September, we're pleased to welcome Denis to the Voyage series. His podcast consists of rolling, techy house with unusual melodies and occasional left turns. A trip through the kind of sounds you can expect when he joins Afterlife Recordings with the 'Modelo' EP in 2018.

My DJ set - live recorded in Toulouse, 20 July 2019

I was asked recently if I'm always playing the same tracks during weeks and I was thinking about this question. Well, of course not. But it depends! As a DJ you are flexible and can play whatever you want, however your mood is. But I'm not changing my playlist 100% every weekend. So it's always like this: few new tracks were added to my playlist, few tracks went out. For this gig in Toulouse I had the pleasure to play the sunset. So I started with melodic and deep tracks, ending with more progressive and dark stuff. Finally it's all about how I feel it. 

Just a little insight. :-)

Her driving rhythms coupled with mesmerizing melodies and vocals are what make her sets so special. Since 2014 she's been mixing in various clubs around Germany. Her rooted love for dance music came during her 18th year when she'd dance the night away on dancefloors, like many of you'd be familar with.
