Confused at that time

Just a lil Mix with some new tracks, also was trying for the first time on this mixer to use the Midi Shifting option to Control some aleton Samples and some Traktor, it was a bit Different to add them to the Mix because the feel from Hardware to Software was a bit unatural. So i used them for sampling only and will keep the mixing with my Decks and Mixer. =) I hope you enjoy! P.S: I forgot to Top and Tail the track so my apologies for the 10 seconds of silence in the start, also cant figure out why Abelton stops recording a 1:40 everytime, i kept mixing for 4 hours and realised it stopped recording lol...oh well. Enjoy and SHARE THE LOVE!!

Hypnagog - Somebody Else's Dream

I got introduced to the Techno Scene in Europe in the mid 90's. Born in France i got to hear and grow up listening to the legends like Luke Slater, Jeff Mills, Ian Pooley, Jack de Marseille, Phunky Data and of course the one and only Dave Clarke. Started Mixing at 16 years old and never lost the bug. I eventually made my way to Australia and studied for my Audio Engineer degree, i met lots of people from different aspects of life which eventually introduced me to Psytrance. I never used to know of that genre and I have loved it and made it part of my life since day one thanks to the beautiful people that make it possible. That being said it reminded me of the same environment where I mostly used to mix at "raves" for non-profit (Cover costs is essential though), as i refuse to make it a job for me, its a passion that i have and always will have. I love the Mix and i love the Techno and so I LOVE MIXING TECHNO lol. I try to create a depth of sounds involving effects and layers to give it my own feel, as always its work in progress as i always try to add new hardware and instruments but getting there. I hope you enjoy the mixes you can find on here, keep in mind they are meant to enjoy the music and the long lost imperfections of the art. =), I hope LOTS of you feel comfy enough to hear what i am trying to create as a "sound" in my mixes and can't wait to hear what everyone thinks and dislike =) PEACE, LOVE and TECHNO!!
