Colombia's forthcoming duo Ten Systems debut their first Radikon full length EP for a late autumn celebration of the everlasting sunshine state. Here comes ‚California'! Noisy straightforward beats plant the seeds for the emerging warmth of Angus Powell's voice, which slowly surfaces through masterfully cut vocal snippets. Atmospheric melancholia sets the tone for this release's centerpiece.

Remix duty is taken personal this time. None other than labelheads Jonas Saalbach and Guzy offer their collaborative reconstruction of ‚California', spiced up with some grains of BPM, pumping synths lines and hypnotic melody patterns, culminating into a proper main stage peak time drop.

‚Essence', a jointventure with LORRAINNE, closes the melodic techno triarchy with a pressuring groove, while still leaving space for oases of heavily breathing synthesizers. Techy Snares and Hi Hat placements offer an unescapable dance indulging substructure.

After the success of Passion Vol.2, we return with two impressive originals from Argentinian wunderkind, Mariano Mellino, and remix support from Blancah.

Coming from a progressive hotbed like Buenos Aires, means the self-confessed audioholic Mariano has a steep hill to climb to be successful in this industry. Fortunately, he is made of sterner stuff, and is highly regarded by his peers. So it’ll come as no surprise his trademark smooth grooves are signed to a glittering array of high profile labels including Global Underground, Sudbeat and Plattenbank to name a few.

‘Astros’ is classic Mariano. Rolling bass and skippy percussions soon making way for muscular synths and glittering arps. Forever growing in tension, the break offers momentary respite before we’re whipped up into a frenzy with the main drop. On remix duties, fellow South American Blancah takes things deeper, more visceral and more deliberate. ‘Enamur’ on the flip is a more guttural groove. Stripped back, with razor sharp focus on the growling low end, melodics organically fade into view adding to the drama and tension

Matchy created an elaborate and complex sound build again and brings us a very big release. His newest EP ‚Bodytalks' starts with the equally named track. It is featuring Johanson to add a calm vocal layer on top of the atmospheric subs and energetic arpeggios. ‚Wrong Turn' comes with the classic heavy and rolling Matchy sound. Disillusioning sounds come in and out combined with very spacious synths that convey a very nighty dance atmosphere. The next track ‚Salvation' subtly adds a vibe of trance not only because of the bassline but also due to the long pads. The final track is called ‚Capital of your Dreams' and features the talented singer and producer Felix Raphael. Due to his impressive use of voice it is this the most emotional track of the EP.
