An immensely strong finish!  Such lovely harmonies in those guitar leads!  Incredible rhythm in the drums and bass, love the double kick in the drums!  Keyboards add apocalyptic magic, such a great finish guys!  Love this mini-series!

Hey guys, love the intensity of the melodic synth work in here. Sounds very difficult to perform. Also, love how Mary's guitar interacts with the melody, taking it over and adding some fire to the tone. Amazing drumming and perfect bassing in here, too. What a thrill ride this is. Today, as part of our aperiodic Instrumental Hump Day, we’re offering you something a bit different: here’s a preview of a side project we’ve been working on for a few months: a 🕹️Chiptune👾 album (we’ll let you know when it’s coming out, but definitely not before June)!
In this track (and in the others that will follow in this style), our guitarist and especially our lead singer focused on production and mixing, only playing a few notes here and there. Needless to say, it’s all a fully digital work, aiming to bring back that 80s vibe (with a splash of the 90s and our personal twist).

This track officially closes what we’ve been calling the Apocalyptic Trilogy (https://soundcloud.com/beatingedge/sets/apocalyptic-trilogy), though with the two instrumentals included, it’s really more of a Pentalogy (..does this word exist?)! Three main songs and two instrumental variations, all tied together in one epic saga.

Tom gave a hand with the synths on this one while focusing on production instead of vocals, and we’d love to hear what you think about this new twist in the comments below.

😓Final note (or rant): this platform (and not just this one) keeps getting more disappointing.
