I'm so grateful for all of you listening out there, and I took all my gratitude and pressure cooked it into a 30 minute mix of unreleased tunes. The vibe of the past few years for me has been heavy, yet soulful. Mellow, yet hype. I tried to reflect that in this mix. :)

Live at Shambhala 2017

I try to keep my head down and not pay too much attention to numbers or reception, as I think those can distract and displace one's priorities, but also because sometimes it can be downright overwhelming. Once in a while I look up and see people listening all around the world and just feel a gratitude so deep and poignant that the only thing I can think to do to process it is just make more music. So with that said, here's a thank you mix of some of my favorite originals from the past few years along with some brand new material. It's quite a journey. Live @Camp Questionmark~ Burning Man~ 2019

TheUntz.com is thrilled to present an exclusive mix from Jake Atlas, a.k.a. Thriftworks. Deliberately pulsing with eerie effects, shrouded in mystery, and leaning towards the syrupy end of the tempo spectrum, this 30-minute mix is bursting with unreleased content. Thriftworks' signature gooped-out hip-hop instrumentals blend flavors of the east with beats of the west, and the sonic backdrop is primed for getting busy on the dance floor and in the bedroom.

Thriftworks is set to embark on Bassnectar's Spring Tour, which hits a number of (relatively) intimate venues on the east coast. These special shows will be taking place in Boston at the House of Blues, The Fillmore in Silver Spring, MD, The Tabernacle in Atlanta, as well as dates in North and South Carolina. A number of those stops include multiple night stands, as well, so fans will get to see a broad spectrum of Atlas' music.

On May 30th, Thriftworks hits Infrasound Music Festival, presented by TheUntz.com. The next night, May 31st, he rejoins Bassnectar at the famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Other notable stops this summer include Electric Forest, Big Dub Candy Mountain, Gratifly, Firefly, and Sonic Bloom.
