Glad to share our first release of the year, produced by Andrei Rusu and including a remix from Beatrice M. The Romanian and Berlin-based artist has been deeply involved in electronic music production, DJ-ing, and live performance as part of the duo Khidja. We discovered his music through his first solo EP, "I’ve Lost Control", released in 2024 on Berlin based label Malka Tuti, followed by the album "Met Him On A Wednesday", released under his alias Ed Rain and marked by its introspective tone and experimental approach. His weird electro sound is influenced by post punk, DIY and wave. Rusu’s music is organic, exploratory and unconventional.

Andrei: « This is my most cathartic to date, it’s quite haunting and feels a bit like screaming into a pillow. I imagine it as the perfect soundtrack to banging your head against a table. »

A key element throughout the EP’s sound and lively feeling is the use of Andrei’s favorite machines such as the Mort’s Barge module, the Microtonic or the Syncussion. He creates captivating soundscapes and deep evolutive atmospheres that inspired Beatrice M. to deliver a slow bassy belter that compliments this release perfectly.

I recorded this EP during 2023 in Janakpur, Nepal. I woke up at 3AM and started recording sounds of trucks and cars passing by giving a doppler effect to the tracks and a chilly wintery night atmosphere.
I know I have been putting out a lot of music, I think it's time to slow down a bit.

Milan's Katatonic Silentio, carries the meditative qualities of Luminous Dawn into an incandescent soundscape of polymathic beats, entangled with the rich vocals of alice.km. Berlin's unparalleled rRoxymore, grounds the EP with a progressive deep dub cut of the super star track Hunnï. New York's iconic Sister Zo, energizes the release with her dynamic club groover of Hunnï, the perfect take for a late nighter. Jan Loup from Toulouse, captures the tension of Vis-à-vis with a deluge of textural bass elements immersed in a swamp of circulating synths. Seattle's, Enereph lifts off with a genre blazing remix forging footwork & braindance, cultivating a magical elixir of Dance of the 7th Veil. Brooklyn's, Martini taps the bodily flow state of Visceral Vessel, bringing the track into a meditative whirlpool closing out the EP flawlessly.

Maude Vôs - Dance of the 7th Veil (Enereph Remix) [PRECISE MASTER]

Bodañ  is a journey through genres and styles, where escape is the key word. For this new Bodañ show, the guest is @vanadismd !

Spotted by the Maintenant festival and Astropolis, Vanadís is an inveterate researcher. Resident and founder of ÖND in Rennes, she covers a wide musical spectrum, from acid to electro, EBM, industrial techno and UK Bass. Each set is a veritable avalanche of dissonant sounds and unstructured rhythms at a variety of tempos. She also produces under the alias DJ Padset, where breaks and battered synths give way to a new universe. 
Since September 2020 she has been featured on Tsugi Radio's monthly residency, ‘Digressions Auditives’, where she shares her wide-ranging musical universe. She is also resident for Dôme, an Astropolis entity promoting the Breton scene, having passed through the festival springboard.
