When the sun touches the giant marble statue of the almighty Acid Cow in the far, far away Arctic, the monkeys gather to warm themselves around the sun-heated stone. The ground starts pulsating to a steady groove, and hypnotic, layered pads of awesomeness rise from the earth, while melodic sprinkles are carried by the wind. Suddenly, the soil cracks open as unseen magical fruits grow instantly.

The two most delicious »POLAR« and »SOLAR« form an incredible cocktail of mouh yeah wow! The mastermind behind this fresh harvest is none other than APHE, a returning beloved local beat wizard. Timboletti then cooked POLAR into a deep melodic stew, spiced with sprinkles of fun.

Music means so much to me. It has always played such an integral and essential part of my life. I have always been drawn to music that is authentic and evokes strong, emotional responses.  It can elicit so many emotions. It can excite, stimulate, awaken, hypnotize, captivate, uplift, inspire, incite, provoke, console, comfort and so many more. I've used music to transport me to another place and provide the escape I need.  I've enjoyed it when music helps me to feel present, grounded and connected to where I am and who I'm with. Music has helped me channel love, light and positivity. It has also helped me channel and process anger, hurt and sadness.

All this is true for the listener and also to the artist, producer, musician and the DJ. When I create my own sets, I tell stories. As I plan them, sometimes the tracks just seem to naturally find their place.  Amid the collection and the curation of tracks, often the story I didn't consciously know I needed to tell takes shape. I respond to and resonate with the tracks and stories created by these and other amazing, visionary, artists. Their spark and creativity allow me to share so many amazing tracks to dance to, enjoy and reflect on.

Giuliano Rodrigues is a renowned Brazilian DJ and music producer, widely recognized for his significant contributions to the Dub Techno genre. Born with an innate passion for music, Giuliano channeled his talent and creativity to craft a unique and captivating sound that deeply resonates with genre enthusiasts.

In 2012, Giuliano founded his first digital label, **Flowing Movement Music**. Through this label, he not only promoted his own music but also elevated the profile of numerous other artists within the genre. His commitment to sonic excellence and dedication to cultivating a vibrant community of Dub Techno producers and fans have solidified his position as a central figure in the music scene.

In 2020, amid the pandemic, he launched **DUBGIU**, followed by **Afterdub** in 2023 and **DUBLUCID** in 2024—all focused on deep tech, deep house, minimal, and, of course, Dub Techno.

Giuliano has also released tracks on **Lucidflow**, a label founded by Nadja Lind and Helmut Ebritsch, also known as Klartraum. The duo has produced remixes of Giuliano’s tracks, showcasing mutual respect and collaboration within the Dub Techno community. Two of Giuliano’s songs were even played at the iconic **Burning Man** festival. Giuliano also had the opportunity to remix Klartraum's track *"Manifestation"*, which has garnered over 60,000 plays on Spotify.

Additionally, Giuliano was featured on the popular YouTube channel **GENTLEMAN**, which boasts over 400,000 subscribers. In a dedicated video, GENTLEMAN selected ten tracks released by Giuliano under DUBGIU and created a one-hour set featuring his music. The channel also added two of his tracks to its top Spotify playlists.

Giuliano’s music portfolio extends to **Superordinate Dub Waves**, founded by Nae:Tek. He has collaborated with Nae:Tek on several tracks, demonstrating his versatility and ability to synergize with other artists. Most recently, Giuliano released new music on **Piranha Siberia Dub**, continuing to contribute fresh and innovative sounds to the Dub Techno scene.

Through these platforms and collaborations, Giuliano Rodrigues continues to solidify his reputation as a prolific and influential figure in Dub Techno, constantly pushing the genre's boundaries and connecting with a global audience.

Currently, with countless remixes, singles, compilations, and his entire body of work focused on Dub Techno, Giuliano has centralized all his releases under one label: **DUBLUCID**.
