Session de nuit

This track is a real nice story...
I stared it just recording piano and editing it... it remained me a sensation of water stuff ! Then the drums... then... time passed.
And i met this chinese guy in the subway that played Erhu. A chinese violon with 2 strings. The guy didn't speak a word of french! But i totally falled in love with the sound of his instrument. I succed to make him understand that i wanted to do something with him. Few days later, we met at my place (at that time, a little flat in La Chapelle), he came with a friend that spoke french. I put a headphone on his hears and make him play what he feels on that song... It was surprising 'cause the guy used to play only traditional music.
After a cooking work ... there it is !

For the story, and met the guy one year after, in the subway. I had finished the track. And i put my headphone on his head to make him listen the result. It was unexpected. I think this was the first time this man can listen himself on a record. 

Nowhere is here...

The start of this track is the sound of my gas meter ! It was ticking to my hear, just next to me, in my ex studio, in the background of my house.
A lot of things came after... my drums, some Takemitsu samples, Negro song of protest sample, Octavio Angarita on Cello, and a DX7 for the end... these are the main elements. 
Then the music did the rest ... Enjoy
