Beatstreet sound, a reggae crew consisting of six selectors and mc's, have been playing the best in reggae, ragga and dancehall for over a decade, rocking parties all over Belgium as well as in the Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland. They have played alongside top class artists like Omar Perry, Nature, Munga Honorebel, Ziggi Recardo and Movado, as well as almost every Belgian sound and international sounds like Mystical Force, Real Rock, Jah Sound, Guiding Star, Soundquake, Tek9 Europe and LP International. Other highlights include their participation in the very first "Beljam Cup Clash" in a packed Vooruit in Gent, and playing in the Bounce Dancehall at Belgium's main reggae festival, Reggae Geel, in 2010.

Beatstreet sound can handle the maddest party vibes just as well as hardcore dubplate juggling, and aim to be versatile in playing all kinds of Jamaican music and combining this with the best of soul, R&B and hip hop in a real Jamaican style and fashion. Currently Beatstreet are hosting two party concepts in Leuven: Yard Vybz, every third Saturday at bar Giraf, and – together with Kingstep Soundsytem – Reggae Roadblock in club Rumba&Co. Over the years they have a released a number of internationally acclaimed mixtapes, especially the Next Generation series, but also Big Bout Ya, Dancehall Again and most recently Yard Vybz.

Much more than just a dj collective, Beatstreet sound also make their own remixes and have their own recording studio and record label, Big Bout Ya records, which has released many Belgian and Dutch artists and Jamaican legends including Junior Cat, Junior Demus, Pinchers and Charly Black. And if you thought this was all, Barry B, Johnny Lexman, Mattey, Sensa Demus, Slo'mo and T-Fire have more big things in store for the near future.
