"DHV Presents" is our new series of mixes, featuring artists we hold dear. We'll showcase DJs, live acts and music artists that have created truly unforgettable moments with their performances. This is not about bathing in nostalgia however - we actually want to relive those sacred moments with you, by inviting those artists to open portals that allow us to step right back onto those packed spaces of rhythmically swaying dancers. 
Let's get lost in their art until we're finally reunited.

To kickstart things in fashion, we are honoured to have Mira on board with a very special Easter edition mix.

"My very dear friend Niki Sadeki asked for a podcast for Deep House Vancouver quite a while ago, but I was always busy and after we finally found a date I delayed it again and again :D I guess because she never gave me a proper deadline which I normally need to get started. Finally I managed to finish the mix which is a something in-between podcast and DJ set I would have played live. So the first part could stand alone but at some point I decided I want to keep going and brought up the energy again. I guess I’m more than ready to go back on stage. Hope to see you all soon! Mira has been at the top of her game for the past twenty years, continuously shaping the sounds around her, and never ceasing to push inspiring new artists. As happy playing at a small underground club in East Germany in the 90s as she is playing to thousands of festival-goers at Burning Man - Mira is one of those artists of whom you can truly say that she’s doing it for the love of the music.

I'm happy to share with you the recording of my night with the MBR crew in Sao Paulo, Brazil. 
Already way before that party, my expectations were quite high.. with many friends telling me that these guys throw some of the best parties on the planet. On top of that, I got to play directly after Acid Pauli, from 4-6 into the Sunrise. 
Hard to find words for what happened after that.. like so often, the magic that is created in those moments is as beautiful as it is ephemeral. The two hours flew by like they were minutes and I have to say that it was one of the most memorable gigs I’ve ever played. 
Im therefore super happy to share this recording with you.. I hope you enjoy.

Coming back to play my 3rd set at Atlantis this year felt like coming home.. an entire festival filled with friends and the best possible crowd, great and incredible diverse music everywhere in the most stunning location. Just wow, every year again <3
However, I also felt quite a lot of pressure for the set to at least somehow live up to what went down last year.. in the end, I felt it definitely came somewhere close :) 
Thank you to everyone who came and filled up that floor till the last row, smiles everywhere, it's those moments that truly encapsulate what it's all about for me and leave me deeply grateful for a long time after. <3
Huge respect and thank you to all Bucht der Träumer Crews and organizers, you outdo yourselves every year.. 
Picture has nothing to do with my set as I played 11pm Friday night, but that sunrise Sunday morning was just too beautiful so here we go.
