@tooslowtodisco's Yacht Disco Edits series has been a real hit since it's inception back last February. To be fair though who wouldn't want to imagine they were sailing around the med on a yacht over the last year. 

Volume 3 of the series has just landed packed with all manner of blissful sun soaked downtempo gems

To celebrate the release we spoke to @djsupermarkt about the label How Do You Are? and the Too Slow To Disco series, he also put together a rather special mix for us entitled The Wonderful World Of Too Slow To Disco Yacht Edits. So that was the final night at the Paradise Farage. Sadly the club has had to be closed down, demolished and the site turned into a giant lorry park as a result of Brexit. For our last show, we travelled to Ray Mang's studio and streamed live from deepest East London with Mr Mang himself, a Leftside Wobble guest mix and me. Straight out of Edinburgh, Scotland, Craig Smith (fondly known as 6th Borough Project) is a colossal producer and DJ. Being a stalwart in the scene from a young age led him to make his deejaying debut in 1987 at Edinburgh's legendary club night, The Hooch. It was then that Craig Smith, the DJ, was born. 

Craig Smith's musical influences include boogie, jazz-funk, soul, old-school hip hop, and house. He is renowned for his non-compromising approach towards the music he loves. And relentlessly recognized for playing quality dance music, earning him countless headline international gigs and radio appearances. 

Craig’s recording work has been met with great critical acclaim. He has produced records for various labels such as EMI, Virgin, Hush Hush, In Demand, Maxi, Five20East, and Soul Heaven under his own name. This includes various guises such as Harden Soul Project, The Wayfarers, The Soul Renegades, The Shaw Height Assembly, and more popularly, 6th Borough Project alongside DJ/ Producer extraordinaire, The Revenge. 

His discography includes remixes tracks for Cevin Fisher, Roland Clark, Afro Medusa, Beverly Knight, Soul Providers, Moloko, and the Hong Kong Micros to mention a few. Craig has played alongside countless legends like Mr. Scruff, Black Coffee, Detroit Swindle, Motorcity Drum Ensemble, Bugz in the Attic, Osunlade, MAW, Kerri Chandler, DJ Spinna, Jazzy Jeff, DJ Deep, and Paul Trouble Anderson. I realised last week that it's 10 years since I started DJing and producing under the Leftside Wobble moniker and it also so happened that one of the inspirations for getting back into music 10 years ago was celebrating his 50th this weekend. So a revival of the Dub Disco Deli mix series seemed apt for the occasion as that was always the series of mixes that stayed most true to the LW unbounded by genres ethos. Aroop's label Vive La Musique has focussed on quality over quantity, with reissues and reworks of rare eclectic sounds from around the world from Caribbean zouk and Congolese Rumba to French jazz-fusion and South soul. All releases have been celebrated by major tastemakers across the scene with the latest offering "In the Fast Lane" receiving rave reviews for uncovering the historical connections between french virtuoso Jean-Luc Ponty and the Detroit techno movement.
