‘I Want, I Need’ is the debut single from Sydney disco-funk duo Midnight Pool Party.

Members Darren Morilla (vocals and keys) and Oliver Dela Cruz (guitar and bass) have crafted a potent cocktail of funky guitar licks, infectious keys, chest-bursting choruses and swoonsome hooks, forming a nostalgic celebration of disco and its pioneers.

The official release of Midnight Pool Party’s debut single, ‘I Want, I Need,’ is delivered with two super-smooth, french disco inspired remixes from upcoming Parisian producer  @le_marquis and Melbourne's LeBRON (@samroney).

glorious NYC club Danceteria. A thorough remix package comes along with the new dj friendly Original Club mix. 
The Supermen Lovers remix and dub versions are adding the right amount of funk turning this classic song into an istant rocker. 
Softwar rework is an essential club tool, synths and vocal cuts are wisely backed up by bouncing 909 drums while Broke One
digs back to the Stricly Rhythm and Nervous era, his remix is a modern interpretation of those early nineties deep house tracks. 
Last but not least comes a remix by Scuola Furano himself, an engaging groovy dub that reflects his djing style 100%.

The name comes from a Rolling Stones song called “Loving Cup” which happens to be Founder Erin Maher’s favorite song from the British rockers.  It’s not a reference to anything else but that – but we like to think we have our finger on the pulse of what is buzzing within the dance music scene.
