Intake:
The careful scrutinisation of and discernment around the intentions, sources and components of that which one allows into their vessel via any channel, including food, water, air, information, technology, imagery, energy etc. 
“My intake is out of control, I need to lock my phone away in the mornings” 
“I never forget my headphones at the gym, there’s way too much intake” 

Keychain/Keychaining:
A person who is unwittingly merging or merged with their technology. In a way that is detrimental to their lived experience. 
“I need to switch up my keychain” 
“I am working on my keychain to include more supportive people in my life”

Shaping:
To be conscious enough of the effects of the environment on oneself that one is able to seek agency in one’s environment here defined as the individual’s physical, sensory and energetic surroundings and available resources thus allowing oneself to: avoid ascribing environmen- tal factors to personal qualities; identify where one has the power/ability to affect change; and identify the appropriate resources and courses 
of action to affect said change.

The act of purifying and crafting one’s energetic and physical space by curbing the possession and ingestion of the inconsequential, mass produced, ultra processed and non-essential, enabling the conscious creation of lean solutions and curation of thoughtful objects and experiences to satisfy the most vital functions of being alive.

Truth:
The importance and prioritisation of acting in accordance with the inner reality of one’s personal relationship with the divine.

The act of consciously moving and exercising one’s vessel for optimal expression, health and self awareness. 


Primal Revelation:
The importance of acknowledging and understand- ing that the experience of human existence arises from our innate connection with nature and the divine order of the natural world.
