I am home after brain surgery and an extended hospital stay, praising our Lord that I am getting strong again!  I heard this great piece for the first time  this afternoon, and I'm still wiping away tears of joy!  Dan, every Christmas you do it again as God grips your soul and your pen!  This is magnificent!!  Praise the LORD!!!

At the first rehearsal of The Master's Touch Chorale, the 40-voice Christian Choir that my wife, Cherolyn, and I have been directing in Christian ministry since 1993, the first piece we learned after the gummint shutdown for COVID and my convalescence has been "Shalom"!  The piece could not have been bore timely!  I have also for the past 20 years until COVID, been a part of a small professional choir who sing all through the Jewish High Holidays at a Temple here in Syracuse.  Thus,
