This is an affirmational meditation - about 3 minutes long - affirming that today is a great day! It's also intended to help deal with anxiety. It's perfect for listening to first thing in the morning as a meditation, affirmation, or inspiration to your day and get in the feeling good flow. It is also great to listen to when you want to change the perspective of your day around.
