Tel Aviv born, Berlin based producer Tal Fussman serves up Diynamic’s first EP of 2022, titled „The Unknown“.

Kicking off the record with heat is „Burning Bridges“, a melancholic dance floor workout that makes for closed eyes and hands slowly waving through the air.

Title track „The Unknown“ is the reconstruction of fragmented noises reminiscent of old floppy drives and dial-ins, re-arranged into an almost industrial garment that still spells h-o-u-s-e.

„Brio“ by Tal Fussman & Luke Garcia is an electronic Storming of the Bastille, with percussive pendants to sounding sirens, rifle shots, cannons and the correspondent „en garde“ battle cry.

And finally comes „Saga“, the dreamy theme for the end of an eventful night. Look back one last time and know those memories will stay with you forever.

We’re not sure what they’re putting in the water over in Israel at the minute but it seems the middle eastern nation appears to be enjoying a wave of great electronic music at the moment from a new generation of talent from the country. From big names like Guy Gerber and Shlomi Aber to up and comers like Dor Levi and Omer Grinker it appears the state of Israel is one to watch for fresh new dance music. One of the latest act to emerge from the region is Tel Aviv duo Deep'a & Biri first came to our attention when making their full studio debut on DJ Hell’s International DeeJay Gigolo Records. Entitled ‘Emotions Visions Changes’ really impressed us at Data Transmission and firmly marked them out as ones to watch when it arrived last September.

With a smattering of EP’s and an album already to the name and praise ringing in their ears from champions such as Derrick May and DJ Hell, the anticipation for new content from the pairing has been building with each release.  That’s why we’re delighted to share news with you that Deep'a & Biri will be serving up the sophomore release for Blackhall & Bookless’ Jaunt Recordings and we’ve secured one of the EP’s new cuts for exclusive premiere. Psychedelic and otherworldly in equal measure the duo’s Basement Cuts EP is sure to keeps dance floors both interested and entertained when it lands this December whilst serving as a bold statement of intent from both Jaunt and Deep’a & Biri for 2015. From House and Techno to Nu Disco and Indie Dance, plus a few whatnots, TAKT Recordings is the place to be for those who feel the itchy need to play different kinds of genres during their sets and get dizzy bouncing from one label to another during their restless music-digging sessions. Its colourful and growing catalogue has now another interesting addition: A naughty and lustful four-track compilation featuring awesome themes made with love by Astore, Jordan Freak + Lada, Classonix, and Vibe Impact.

With a passion for vintage sound and analog synthesizers, which is abundantly reflected in his work, Astore is the mastermind behind the track we chose to premiere. His well-received previous works published on NEIN and Mélopée paved the road for his powerful debut on TAKT.

For his “Cherry Pie”, instead of butter, sugar, cornstarch, egg, almond extract, and pitted sour cherries, Astore used heavy doses of arpeggios and synth layers. Trippy chords and sharp leads combined with a throbbing bassline resulted in a mouthwatering and savoury Italo-meets-Trance peak-time cut.
