Shake off the moon
A spin around and you're in the sun's eye
Caught between the light
You dwindle in it
As you feast on altitude
A crow calls out
and crawls across the sun
You sweep in a rainbow
And sell it to the sky merchant
in exchange for atmosphere
   In elevated exposure
you slim down
into a stick figure's shadow
until the light of the sun
and the moon, break off
the sun collapses
and you're left in the moon's eye
losing adiabatic flow
  cold and ugly and full
and lowered 
lowered down to reveal your truth
