The series is going to boast our favourite selectors that you can catch at Hide&Seek Festival and in this instalment we're joined by BeeYou Records owner and Infuse resident Laidlaw.

Reece has been creating quite a stir in recent times with his knack for dropping the perfect tracks at the perfect times and continuely  progressing his skills as both a producer and DJ.

In the mix expect a great blend of energetic vibes combined with the classy numbers Laidlaw is known for. You'll see him this year at the festival after his quality set at the after party at our first edition.

Yesss yes, it’s time for our next Mustard Mix and this one is premium.

Whilst Velvet Velour’s roots are tied to Bristol through running his own night ‘Niceness’ and hosting a monthly show on the city’s SWU.FM station, his audience is starting to spread much wider over the globe. With a highly praised debut EP via Dr Banana & Alec Falconer’s ‘Scratch Discs’ label earlier this year, VV’s next record will be released on Joe Delon’s, ‘Welt Discos’ label - which you may hear inside this mix ;). 

‘Niceness’ is new to Bristol but has already hosted some favourites; such as Youandewan and Liquid Earth, and they’ve got some lovely upcoming events welcoming Joe Delon, Hamish Cole and Tho. 

The mix is 100% Velvet Velour productions, aka Liam Dadds, and after giving this one a spin we’re sure you’ll agree we’re expecting most of these to find their way onto those round waxy discs we all love in the coming year/ years.

We first met Liam in the pissing rain in Leigh Woods during lockdown at a clandestine Ket FM party. He sent us his tracks and we were instantly bitten by his sound: swinging and psychedelic... melodic and dissonant all at once. We could not be prouder to have released VV's first track and first full EP via Ba Dum Tish and frankly he's just going from strength-to-strength.
